Brandon Standifird, initially joining U.S Energy Development Corporation as Vice President of Corporate Finance in 2018 and subsequently promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2019, oversees financial matters, accounting, institutional relationships, human resources, and other executive responsibilities.
He played a crucial role in financing over $1 billion in high-profile deals, including the closure of a syndicated $500 million credit facility and a $300 million public debt deal. Standifird, recognized as a 2020 recipient of Hart Energy’s 40 under 40, brings extensive experience in upstream oil & gas, finance, corporate budgeting, and accounting, having worked with both public and private exploration & production companies throughout his career.
