Mr. Jayson also serves as the CEO of U.S. Energy Development Corporation, where he has developed a reputation for leading organizations through transformative periods, refining financial strategies, and accelerating operational growth. His expertise in strengthening financial reserves and optimizing returns on investment has consistently driven significant business success. At U.S. Property Development, Mr. Jayson works closely with executive leadership to build a dynamic and diverse property portfolio, strategically designed to meet the ever-changing demands of the real estate market.

Before starting at U.S. Energy, Mr. Jayson spent a decade on Wall Street, managing portfolios and trading for notable firms including Arnhold S. Bleichroeder and S.A.C. Capital.

Mr. Jayson earned his bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business. He also received the Aresty Scholar designation from the Wharton School of Executive Education and completed the Owner/President Management Program at the Harvard School of Business.
