Todd Van Pelt is a seasoned investment professional with a career in financial services dating back to 2005. He has a strong track record of building successful investment teams and processes, with expertise in alternative investments and real estate. Starting his career in commercial real estate loans and credit, Todd later joined a leading independent broker-dealer, overseeing a broad product platform including alternative investments and insurance products.
His leadership extends to serving on the boards of the Alterative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA) and Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA), providing valuable industry insights. Todd holds CFA® and CFP® designations, along with FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses, reflecting his commitment to professionalism and ethics. A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a dual major in Finance and Management, he is currently enrolled in Harvard’s Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate.
